Additionally, the hotel's location close to the train station was convenient for us, as we didn't have to walk long distances with heavy luggage.

It would have been even better if there was a dedicated staff member to assist senior guests with their needs. Sometimes, the young employees seemed unfamiliar with the specific concerns of older travelers.
